Thomas Bouse, CPA

Thomas Bouse earned his Bachelor of Science in Management from Sonoma State University.  Tom passed all four sections of the CPA exam in one sitting.  Then he started his career as a Orange County CPA at a full service CPA firm specializing in taxation. This gave Tom Bouse the foundation build in IRS audits, tax settlement, business filings and tax returns.  The experience of working intimately with small businesses and the owners gave Tom the knowhow to expand his current offering into payroll, accounting and business development.  Tom Bouse then moved to PriceWaterhouseCoopers, A big 4 Firm.  While there he developed a broad understanding of larger corporate environments.  Then in 2005, Tom  purchased and  managed a large bookkeeping, tax preparation and payroll practice called North County Tax and Accountancy located in Fallbrook in  North San Diego County.   Tom’s focus was on small business taxes and personal tax preparation.  Here Tom Bouse applied his vast experience in the small business community.  Tom  then specialized in  tax planning, tax settlement, tax compliance and start-up consulting.

Today Tom Bouse has personally prepared thousands of individual tax returns, corporate tax returns and handled countless IRS audits.  He has been dealing direct with the IRS for many years and believes his personal attention to all his client’s is paramount. Tom has now started a own full service boutique called Pacific Rim Tax and accounting out of Huntington Beach California.  The personal relationships and expertise Tom  has developed in all aspects of tax, accounting and business consulting has finally come together in what he and his team do today at Pacific Rim.
